We take utmost care in providing our members with the best services and peace of mind. Our Refunds Policy further assures you of our commitment to honor your trust and confidence in us.

Refunds of  One-Time Digital products:

  • We do not issue refunds for our digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent to the buyer.
  • Some products may have a different refund policy on different pages, in which case, the particular product refund policy will override the general refund policy for that product only when purchased on that particular page.
  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refunds of Monthly Subscription:

  • Once you subscribe and the digital product is sent under subscription, refund will not be issued, unless a different refund policy is specified on a different page, in which case, it will apply only to that particular product when purchased on that particular page.
  • You can cancel future payments in your subscription anytime. All cancellations will apply only to your future payments starting from the upcoming subscription payment.
  • If you ever cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive full service in the subscription for 30 days following your last subscription payment, pursuant to the clauses in Terms & Conditions.
  • Subscriptions will be billed monthly with no prorated refunds issued for early cancellations.
  • If you must cancel your subscription, you must notify us by emailing us at the following email at least 48 hours before your next subscription payment due date.
